Questions and Answers
Posted July 1, 2010

Making it easy and transparent for consumers to find just that truck or SUV they want via the Internet.

Most frequently asked questions by consumers:

Q1.  How do I find that certain truck or SUV if I don’t know what dealer has it or where that dealership is located?

A1.  There are over 5,000 dealers across Canada offering both new and pre-owned trucks or SUVs for sale or lease.   We suggest you use
our Canadian Automotive Indexing Directory (CAID) to narrow your search by either clicking on the following domains or entering them after
http:// on your browser's address line
www.findatruck.ca or www.findasuv.ca  or www.truckfinder.ca   Each of these domains is set to direct
web traffic to CAID.

Q2.  How will using CAID help me?

A2.  CAID quickly directs you to those dealerships that sell the manufacturers’ trucks or SUVs you are interested in, whether in your
province or other provinces and shows the city where each dealer is located.

Q3.  How do I get in touch with that certain dealer in order to lease or purchase that vehicle on-line through the Internet?

A3.  Once you are on the Home page of the CAID, click on your province of choice.  Scroll to the manufacturer's name and then the city,
click the dealer's hotlink and browse the dealer's website.  If you do not find what you are looking for, widen your search by searching in
adjacent cities and provinces.

Q4.  Does the dealership where I have found my truck or SUV accept trades and do they have a financing department.

A4.  These questions can only be answered by that dealership.  What CAID does is to give you, the consumer, the option and the ability to
select from dealers' inventories throughout the Canadian automotive market place, that feature either trucks or SUVs for sale or lease, new
or pre-owned.  All you need do is click on the dealer's hotlink and go from there.

Most frequently asked questions by dealers:

Q1.  Why do I, as a dealer, need to be part of CAID and how will it benefit my dealership?

A1.  A large and continually growing number of consumers who visit your showroom will already have researched your inventory over the
Internet.  In fact, you may receive a telephone call or e-mail for more details about a truck or SUV in your inventory from potential customers,
from anywhere.  How did they find your website?  Unlike any other directory across Canada, CAID is supported by a large number of slave
domain names that direct Internet search traffic to it.  As a consequence, your dealership is immediately available to your potential
customers without them spending time browsing irrelevant websites.  This is a new PROVEN way of marketing to the Internet savvy
consumer.

CAID cuts through all the layers of information and gives the Internet consumers what they want by keeping their search simple and to the
point.  This Directory makes it easy and transparent for the consumer to navigate the Internet.  With JUST THREE CLICKS OF THEIR
MOUSE, anyone from anywhere in the world can be browsing your dealership’s entire inventory.  Your dealership will be found, both easier
and more often by search engines, through CAID, which indexes by province, manufactures’ products, and city.  Today, your dealership has
the opportunity to market your products and services to the world, all for only pennies a day.

In brief, supported by unique domain names, CAID works hand in hand with all new and pre-owned truck and SUV dealers across
Canada.   It creates a further search analysis for the consumer by giving them the option of clicking on the dealer's hotlink enabling them to
browse the dealer's complete inventory with the option to purchase or lease on-line.

Additional consumer benefits for using CAID include:

-        NO PRIVATE SALES
-        NO OTHER DISTRACTIONS
-        ONLY DEALERS TRUCKS OR SUVs FOR SALE
-        ALL DEALERS ARE LICENSED OR BONDED AND AUTHORIZED IN THEIR PROVINCES

Any dealership principal wishing to have his/her dealership's name removed from the CAID need only send an e-mail to
webman@findatruck.ca from a computer within that dealership.  For audit purposes, we will confirm the request with the dealer principal
and action it within 30 working days.
3 Reasons why the Internet consumer will buy now.
Posted August 31, 2010

1.  This Canadian Automotive Indexing Directory is the only automotive indexing directory of its kind that exposes your dealership's website
to the world and allows the consumer to purchase your inventory on line!!!

2.  With just 3 clicks of their computer's mouse any person in the world can be viewing your complete inventory.  Just think what this power of
search can do for your dealership.  Exposure is everything when marketing on the Internet.  There are no boundaries or borders as to where
your next customer can come from.

3.  Our Directory is simple and easy for any Internet consumer to navigate to your dealership's inventory.   Employ the 3’S of Internet
marketing, show it, sell it and ship it.

The Directory is sorted first by province, then by manufacture, by city, by dealership and with the dealership's website as a hotlink.  One
more click of the mouse and your potential customer is browsing your inventory.

Each dealership will be viewed more often by this way of marketing than the conventional hit and miss method.  There are over 40 million
pages of information on the Internet.  We are an information directional movement that listens to what the consumer is searching for and
then we direct those consumers to the appropriate franchise dealerships that have the product the consumer is searching for.

This is all made possible through the marketing with domains program.  When a consumer clicks onto one of our 90 odd domains from
either the printed material or from the Internet itself it gives the consumer the option to click onto your dealership's website hotlink to browse
your inventory.  From there the consumer has the option of purchasing or leasing on-line. The system is fast, direct and most of all reliable.

The Internet is the greatest marketing tool ever created.  Your dealership plays a major role in offering the Internet consumer the option of
finding and purchasing that vehicle on-line.  With this new type of marketing the consumer sets the scene as to how they wish to purchase or
take delivery of their new vehicle.  What the marketing with domains concept has done is create a "call to action" for any printed material or
Internet consumer that is serious thinking of purchasing or leasing any vehicle on-line.

By choosing your dealership for their purchase it shows both the quality of your products and your dealership's commitment to doing
business on the Internet!!!  This marketing concept will soon be the prime choice for any Internet consumer looking to purchase a vehicle on-
line.  Our marketing system is geared to only one thing!!!  To supply the printed material or the Internet consumer with the tool to find a
vehicle on the Internet.  With our Directory it does not matter how many vehicles your dealership has to offer, whether 20 or 200.  The
consumer will have the option of seeing and purchasing any one of them in your complete inventory on-line, and with just 3 clicks of their
computer's mouse!
This is the only Canadian Automotive Indexing Directory.  It promotes your dealership's website on-line.  When completed it will provide the
Internet consumer with the ability to search through the vehicle inventories of all franchise dealerships across Canada.  The, over 5,000
dealerships will have the opportunity to have their inventories displayed through the top Internet search engines such as Google, Yahoo,
AOL etc. on the web for only pennies a day.  Just think about it all that exposure for only pennies a day!  Our system is called marketing with
domains.  Go to Google or any other major search engine and type into their search box    find a truck or    find a SUV    and see how highly
we are rated.                                                             ***Exposure Plus by the major search engines.

We own over 90 different domains with names germane to automotive sales and all are on the web directing Internet traffic to our website.
Once there, the consumer is offered your dealership's website which shows your current inventory.  Become a registered member now.
Send an e-mail to webman@findatruck.ca with your dealership's website address and your new car manager's name, telephone number
and e-mail address.  Your dealership will be listed in the Directory.  ***90 Day free trial period.

For only pennies a day you can get exposure on all top search engines once you are registered on our website.  Anyone searching our
website by province, by manufacturer, by city by dealership name, will be drawn to your website.  See if you are already listed on our
website.  If you are, please send an e-mail to president@canadianautomotiveindexingdirectory.ca telling me what you would like further to
see offered on our website to help increase your business and our website's popularity.

Looking forward to creating new business for your dealership.

Thank you

No, it is not a cycle you drive but a new cycle in the world of finance and Internet marketing.  With this program the Internet consumer has the
opportunity to view your dealership's complete inventory from either home or office by just 3 clicks of their computer's mouse.  This applies
to any person across Canada and the world!  Our marketing system is called marketing with domains.  When any person comes into
contact with this system either through printed material or on the Internet, it gives the consumer the ability to view and purchase any vehicle
in your inventory on-line.

Have your inventory displayed through the top 10 search engines

On September 27, 2010 we became # 1 on Google!

Google / Yahoo / Alta Vista / Lycos / Mamma / Ask
/ Ask Jeeves / WebCrawler / Excite / Dogpile
Canadian Automotive Indexing Directory (CAID)
Check it to see if your dealership is listed. This is the only indexing directory
of its kind. It promotes your dealership’s website through the
top ten search engines which allow any person in the world to be viewing your current inventory
by just 3 clicks of their computer’s mouse once they come into
contact with the marketing with domains concept.

Canadian franchise dealers now have the opportunity to display their inventory through the above
search engines by way of our website FREE until April 1, 2011.
e-Mail webman@findatruck.ca for complete details of our 2011 program.
INTERNET EXPOSURE
Take the test drive for yourself at findatruck.ca to see how your next purchaser
will quickly find your dealership’s inventory.

There are no boundaries or borders as to where your next customer can come from!!

Google indexes the search   find a truck   at #1 on their Page 1, Yahoo, Alta Vista, all the Web

Take the next step to exposing your inventory worldwide.

Please allow me to introduce the creators of the CAID website, their reasons for starting this website and how they strongly feel that each
franchise dealer should get the most out of it.  First the reason for creating the website.  We saw there was a need or a void to be filled
when everything was switched over from the conventional way of promoting the franchise dealer’s inventory.  It just seemed that all of a
sudden we (the market) went from print to digital.  With the coming of the Internet it opened up new markets for everybody in any business,
but what we saw happening in this new avalanche of business openings was no direction or assistance was being given to the Internet
consumer to help find what product they were searching for.  Tens of Millions of websites created without concern about how the Internet
consumer was to navigate to that certain website in order to find what they were searching for.
That is where Don MacMillan, a veteran of over 40 years in the automotive business who once helped Bill Francis get his first customers
when he started the Ontario Auto Trader in Toronto came in.  He along with Colin Broughton, doctorate/ designer / marketing guru and
general all round intellectual, fluent both in French and English decided that something had to be done in order to assist the Internet
consumer.  We spent countless hours figuring out a system that would work for both the Internet consumer and the Canadian franchise
dealers.

NEW IDEA AND SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM

We came up with a system called marketing with domains.  This system works because it can be applied to either printed material or the
Internet.  Use a one line domain name such as Findatruck.ca as an introductory sentence and it immediately creates a call to action in the
minds of readers of either medium.  When a person sees such an interesting or puzzling statement, it creates interest that ends up to be a
call to action such that 74% of all people who come in contact with this kind of marketing end up going to their computer and typing in the
domain name they have just read to see where it takes them.  In our case directly to your website in order to view your inventory.  Curiosity
strikes!!!  By just 3 clicks of their computer’s mouse they can be viewing your complete inventory from anywhere in the world, once they have
come into contact with the marketing with domains concept.

Google, first page! item 1 !!! Show your product via the top 10 search engines.

Now that we have finally broken the barrier and been indexed by Google, all franchise dealers advertising their products through CAID are
in the top 10 search engines ON THE FIRST PAGE promoting their products or services Worldwide.  This is the exposure power that
marketing with domains can bring to your dealership.  There are certain rules or procedures to follow in order to get the most out of our
CAID website.  The whole idea of the Internet is to give the Internet consumer a quick and effortless response to their inquiry.  The Internet
consumer is only interested in one thing.  How quickly can I get the product that you are advertising on the Internet?  Instant self gratification
is what the consumer is looking for (they want your product yesterday) this is the mindset of most Internet consumers in today’s marketplace.
How to get the most out of CAID?  As a franchise dealer this is what I have experienced in the past and it has worked for me. There are two
different schools of thought on how to market your products.  I feel the simplest and most direct way of getting the Internet consumer to
respond to your ad. is to make sure THREE things are in place.  IF YOU DO NOTHING ELSE !!!

1.        Pictures,  2. Prices,  3. Descriptive content of vehicles.

These rules may sound silly to you, the dealer, but they are very important to the Internet consumer who is searching for that certain vehicle.
Other schools of thought are, post no prices, post no email addresses of the seller, just have the consumer fill out a request sheet and the
dealership will get back to the consumer, when the dealer is ready.  This is not the way I would expect to be treated.  An old saying in the car
business is so true (out of sight, out of mind) by the time the dealer gets back to the consumer they could have lost the deal to some other
dealer who was smart enough to post pictures, prices, descriptive content and the e-mail address of the Sale Team.
With the Internet we are attempting to provide a quick and easy service for the consumer to purchase any vehicle on line through those
franchise dealers listed on CAID.  I personally would prefer, if I were the dealer, to have pictures, prices and content listed on my website.
That way I know that the consumer has seen my inventory and can make a decision on what they have seen.  Not waiting or losing time for a
dealer to get back to them at their leisure.  Negotiate on line and don't lose the customer.
Question.   Is it the dealer or the web hosting company that operates the dealer's website, that has created a pause in the action for the
Internet consumer?  Just food for thought.  The whole idea of using the Internet is to provide a quick solution for anyone wanting to purchase
a vehicle instantly.  As I said there are two schools of thought here which one do you consider the best?
A thought about what could happen in the future if every franchise dealer got together and used this system. This website could be run by a
dealers association keeping the cost of advertising or promotion down and passing the savings on to the consumer. Or on the other hand
each dealer taking part in the promotion could own a piece of the website guaranteeing that the price would not increase. As a franchise
dealer would it not be beneficial to own a piece of this website and guarantee that your promotional advertising costs stay consistent. In my
experience in the automotive business I have seen many different ways of creating business and I feel that if Bill Francis had offered all the
dealers who used his services a piece of the action you would not have high advertising costs. The average dealer spends over $4,000
dollars a month promoting their product. If each franchise dealer had an interest in this website and converted the Internet consumer to using
only this website to view the franchise dealers inventory. All costs for promoting manufactures products would decrease and the profit
picture for the franchise dealers would increase. We have a win win situation. See if you can picture both the future and the marketing
concept being adaptable to your dealerships bottom line.
Thank you from the creators of the Canadian Automotive Indexing Directory.ca and may your experience on this website be both beneficial
and rewarding.

CANADIAN AUTOMOTIVE INDEXING DIRECTORY.

Good Morning.  This week we invite you to take a look at www.findatruck.ca it is a synonym of our Directory.

On July 1, 2010, we launched our website called the Canadian Automotive Indexing Directory.  It currently lists the hotlinked websites of over
1,100 franchised truck and SUV dealerships located across Canada, sorted by province, by manufacturer (of which there are 28) and then
by city.  We have over 90 domain names active on the Internet, all directing traffic to our website.  These domains such as findatruck.ca,
findaSUV.ca and truckfinder.ca etc., are all names germane to the subject of automotive sales.

The site will continue to be under construction until all 5,000 plus truck and SUV dealerships across Canada have been contacted and
hopefully have joined us.  When a potential customer puts words related to finding a vehicle(s) such as find a truck or SUV into the search
line of any major browser (Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask), it returns our website in a high ranked position.  Anyone in the world with a computer
can be browsing any dealership’s vehicle inventory with just 3 clicks of their computer mouse.

Take the test drive for yourself.

At the top of your computer’s home page and after http:// copy and paste our website address or if our hotlink survives in transit simply click
on this   www.canadianautomotiveindexingdirectory.ca

Once on our website click on any of the hotlinked Chapters shown on our Home page or go straight to a province and scroll down to see the
dealerships.  Click on any hotlink to browse their inventory.

We are currently working on placing a Bulletin Board on our website to which dealers will have password controlled access to list their
wholesale “sells” and “buys” for a period of 72 hours.

If your dealership is not listed on our website and you would like it to be, please send the web address of your dealership plus the email
address and name of your delegate to webman@findatruck.ca and we will list you.

I am very interested in receiving your thoughts regarding our new website which we believe provides a unique and useful service.  Please e-
mail me at President@canadianautomotiveindexingdirectory.ca with your comments and suggestions.

We look forward to helping create new business for all franchise automotive dealers across Canada, by assisting potential customers to
browse each dealer’s inventory.

Thank you.

President, CAID
Good Afternoon.

We wanted to let you know that at the Canadian Automotive Indexing Directory we are working to bring three significant changes to our
website found at www.findatruck.ca, these are:

1.      On January 1, 2011, the Canadian Automotive Indexing Directory (CAID) will no longer be a free Directory of dealerships’ information
including their hotlinked websites.  We will shortly be offering to dealers, three levels of Membership.  These are our Platinum, Gold or Silver
Level Memberships.  The scope and details of each membership level will be sent to you shortly by e-mail and will be posted on the new
Trade Info page to be available on CAID by the end of October 2010.

Note.  Where a business entity carries on business at more than one location this will be dealt with, upon application, as a special case.

2.      Within the next two weeks a new icon titled Trade Info will appear on our Home page.  This page will be password protected.  Upon
entering the required User Name and Password you will be taken to this new page for the Trade only.  On it, you will see our Reference
Document detailing the Three Levels of Membership in CAID along with their pricing structures, effective January 1, 2011.

Scrolling down that page will bring you to our new Wholesalers Buy & Sell Vehicles and Parts, Bulletin Board.  There, you will be able to
browse through the wholesale buy/sell offerings of vehicles and parts posted by dealerships from across Canada, and also have your own
wholesale needs posted.

Details will follow in a separate e-mail on how to have your dealership’s buy/sell needs posted on this Bulletin Board.  Vehicles no older
than SIX years will be sought; classic vehicles will be accepted.  Each posting will be time stamped and it will remain on the Bulletin Board
for FIVE days.  Each accepted request will be uploaded without editing by CAID staff and the most recent posting will always head the list.

3.      We own a large number of domain names that are germane to the auto industry, including findacarfast.ca.  Our medium term plans call
for us to create a new website with this domain name.  This new website will be completely separate from CAID but configured similar to it.
This new website will encourage every government licensed new and used car dealer, as well as sub-prime operations, to list their vehicles.

Much more to come on this latter topic of our new www.findacarfast.ca in future update e-mail messages from CAID.

CAID will continue to be the website for franchise dealers only, and supported at today’s level.  Any franchise dealer may, in addition to
being listed in the CAID, choose to be listed on the future www.findacarfast.ca website, at the most favoured member rate.

A most frequently asked question:

We are frequently asked why is CAID ranked so high by many major browsers when the results of searches using various
automotive sales related phrases, are returned.  The answer is, by the power of
marketing with domains.

We now have over 100 automotive sales related phrases registered as domain names, including one of our most recent    findatruck.
mobi      Most people have never heard of the extension .mobi    This is now being promoted for use by top tier mobile devices such
as the Blackberry and i-Phones etc. with the number of apps for them growing each day.  These mobile devices can receive web-
based application such as the Canadian Automotive Indexing Directory (CAID) and display all pages using both the usual browsers,
as well as new browsers tailored for hand held portable devices, with no or little degradation in performance.

The draw created by our over 100 automotive sales related phrases in the form of web-domains and deployed across the Internet, is
huge.  With these 100 or so domains each directing Internet traffic to our new web-based Directory (CAID) and which lists some
1,200 automotive franchise dealerships across Canada, it is no wonder that CAID quickly attracts Internet consumers who use these
automotive sales related search phrases or similar.

Whether you are using a static (desktop) or a mobile device, these domains are working for you.  Once at CAID’s home page the
Internet consumer is only two clicks away from browsing any franchise dealership's vehicle inventory.  We invite you to take a look by
entering the phrase     find a truck     into Google’s search box on any web-enabled device.   This will take you to our entry which
ranks Number 1 on Google’s first page! (after any paid advertising, shown on a coloured background).  Click on our entry for the
home page of CAID.   There, Click on your province of interest and scroll down to the manufacturer.  Click on the dealership’s
hotlinked web-address sorted by City, to browse their vehicle inventory.

If you are employed at a dealership you will be pleased to know we recently opened a Trade Info page on CAID.  This is a Bulletin
Board for trade specific information and it is password restricted to the staff of automotive franchise dealerships.  The current codes
are available to the staff of all dealerships by simply requesting these by e-mailing  webman@findatruck.ca
from a computer
terminal on your dealership's network.
